Addison Group Sr Program Manager interview questions

Applied online. HR video screen with a very inexperienced junior recruiter. It was the quintessential head-hunter experience. They called and texted at all hrs. and over the weekend when they thought they were going to make money off me. Had two follow-up interviews with their client. I declined the position because it looked to be a "SS" on wheels. Headhunter kept calling and texting trying to talk me into it...Note: they held back on the compensation...suddenly they could get a lot more if I would just change my mind...pay attention fellow job seekers, this is a common tactic with 3rd party recruiters.
