A complete waste of time! I applied online and within a couple of days, received an invite to do a digital interview. I completed the interview in February and didn't hear back until April! I was excited about to move forward and began adjusting my work schedule to accommodate the three phone interviews that were required. The first two interviews went well in my opinion, but the last was up in the air. I followed with a thank you and three additional follow-ups over a months time. At that time, I had made 2nd and 3rd round interviews with with two other companies and Alight was a top contender for me. No one had the common courtesy to email me back with a status. I concluded that I did not get the job. It would have been nice to hear something back.

Phone screen then face-to-face with hiring manager. Situational questions where you give examples of how resolved the issue. Moved pretty fast from interview to offer, depending on the recruiter. I hear some are a lot better and more responsive than others.
