How do you deal with problem employees?

HandCraft has written policies and procedures that are in our Company Handbook for all situations. All employees including upper management is trained on how to handle each situation. These situation are handled promptly. Additionally, Our HR department has an open door policy and we encourage all employees to give us a call with any questions, concerns or issues. We provide all employees with monthly training including safety, harassment and bullying, which encourages employees to report any concerns, issues or abuse.
