Duties

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing cold calling techniques to generate new business leads and expand the sales pipeline.
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring client needs are met with tailored solutions.
• Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales presentations and negotiations to close high-value deals efficiently.
• Manage inventory levels and support inventory control processes to meet customer demands and maximize sales opportunities.
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track client interactions, update sales activities, and maintain accurate records of all sales efforts.
• Upsell additional products or services during customer interactions to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team on marketing strategies, outreach initiatives, and deal closing tactics to achieve or surpass sales targets.

Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automotive industry sales with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline efficiently.
• Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette, public speaking, and client communication techniques.
• Experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, dealership environments, or automotive financing options is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability in outbound sales strategies such as cold calling and deal closing within high-end or passenger car markets.
• Familiarity with CRM software systems for customer management and sales support purposes.
• Customer service expertise combined with retail math skills for accurate inventory management and organizational efficiency.
