About the role :

The BCBA will overseeing RBTs (Registered Behavior Technician) creating treatment protocols, and parent training.

Responsibilities:

• Clinical case load
• Implementation of supervision requirements
• Adhere to ethical standards set forth by the BACB
• Maintain quality clinical standards understanding of a variety assessments (VBMAPP, PEAK) and the ability to conduct meaningful Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).

Job Type: Full-time and Part-time

Salary: $80,000.00 starting (negotiable based on experience)

Houry rate: $70.00 starting (negotiable based on experience)
