Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and account issues.
• Process orders and handle data entry with accuracy.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or issues.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools to manage customer information effectively.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Skills

• Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or client services roles.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies is beneficial.
• Proficient in data entry and typing with attention to detail.
• Previous call center experience preferred, showcasing effective phone etiquette.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
