The Role

We’re looking for a steady, people-focused Office Manager to lead our established Allstate Insurance Agency in Kona.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the day-to-day operations, coaching a team, and creating consistency — not someone who needs micromanagement or thrives on chaos.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Leading and coaching a team of licensed sales and service professionals
• Setting clear expectations and holding the team accountable
• Overseeing office sales performance, retention, and customer experience
• Managing scheduling, workflows, evaluations, and compliance
• Handling customer escalations with professionalism and care
• Creating a positive, structured, and calm office environment
• Partnering with ownership on goals, strategy, and growth

Insurance or financial services experience is preferred but not required for the right leader.

• $90,000–$135,000 total compensation (base + performance bonus)
• $12,000 hiring bonus (paid over first 6 months)
