The Role
We’re looking for a steady, people-focused Office Manager to lead our established Allstate Insurance Agency in Kona.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the day-to-day operations, coaching a team, and creating consistency — not someone who needs micromanagement or thrives on chaos.
