Project Managers, Project Engineers, Entry-Level Engineers & AutoCAD Drafters/Designers – Automation & Industrial Systems (Cleveland, OH Area)
We are seeking talented and motivated Project Managers, Project Engineers, Entry-Level Engineers, and AutoCAD Drafters/Designers to join a growing engineering team delivering innovative automation, control systems, and industrial solutions across a variety of industries. Responsibilities
Project Managers
- Manage engineering and automation projects from initiation through completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and challenges
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning activities
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
Project Engineers
- Design, develop, and execute engineering solutions for industrial projects
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to achieve project goals
- Develop technical documentation, specifications, and reports
- Support system installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Assist with project planning and technical execution
Entry-Level Engineers
- Support engineering teams with design, analysis, and documentation
- Assist in preparing project deliverables and engineering drawings
- Participate in site visits, testing, and commissioning activities
- Learn engineering standards, processes, and project workflows
- Contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
AutoCAD Drafters/Designers
- Create and revise detailed engineering drawings using AutoCAD and related design software
- Develop layouts, schematics, and construction drawings based on engineering specifications
- Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure design accuracy
- Maintain drawing revisions and project documentation
- Support project execution by providing accurate and timely design deliverables
- Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and customer requirements
Qualifications
Project Managers
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred
- 5+ years of project management experience in engineering, manufacturing, automation, or industrial environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships
- PMP certification is a plus
Project Engineers
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related Engineering field
- 2–5+ years of engineering experience preferred
- Experience with industrial automation, controls, manufacturing, or process systems is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Entry-Level Engineers
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related Engineering field
- Internship, co-op, or related engineering experience preferred
- Strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn
- Exposure to CAD software or industrial systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
AutoCAD Drafters/Designers
- Associate’s degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in Drafting, Design Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related field
- Proficiency with AutoCAD required
- Experience creating technical drawings for industrial, manufacturing, or engineering projects preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, project managers, and clients
