Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to support exploration and site development activities. This role involves performing a range of manual tasks to assist field crews and ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained work sites in remote environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labour duties including site preparation, clearing, lifting, and manual handling
• Assist with drill pad construction, trenching, and basic earthworks
• Support equipment operators, geologists, and field crews with daily tasks
• Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, including camp and operational sites
• Assist with mobilization and demobilization of equipment and materials
• Conduct basic inspections of tools and equipment, reporting any issues
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times
• Identify and report hazards or unsafe conditions promptly
• Carry out other duties as required to support field operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a labouring role (mining, exploration, construction, or similar industries preferred)
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in remote environments
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good communication skills and attention to detail

Additional requirements:

• Willingness and ability to work in remote locations and challenging weather conditions
• First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Flexibility to work extended hours or rotational schedules during field programs
• Physically fit and capable of working in rugged terrain

Pay: $30.00 per hour
