Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized Project Sales Coordinator to support our Project Sales team throughout the complete sales cycle.
This is not a traditional customer service position.
You will evaluate project requirements, research technical information, prepare quotations and bid packages, coordinate with engineering, verify specifications, and help convert opportunities into successful projects.
The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, researching information, and managing multiple technical projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Review customer inquiries, plans, specifications, and bid documents.
- Research project information, including facility dimensions, existing site conditions, and applicable standards.
- Gather missing project information before quotations are prepared.
- Coordinate with engineering for photometric layouts, lighting calculations, and project design.
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, bid documents, invoices, and sales orders.
- Calculate freight and shipping costs.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, bids, and project status.
- Track multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring all bid deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and project documentation.
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, logistics, and engineering throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist Project Sales Managers with customer communication and project administration.
QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–5 years of B2B inside sales, project coordination, estimating, or technical sales support
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Strong internet research and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience in one or more of the following industries:

You are detail-oriented, technically curious, and take ownership of every project from inquiry through shipment.

- $50,000–$60,000 base salary (based on experience)
