Pros

- Awesome people and products - Everyone is very friendly and eager to help - Great time to join the Sales org (PLG > SLG) - Pay - both OTE and RSUs - Best onboarding/new hire training experience I've had at any company - Remote-first company with an emphasis on getting teams together quarterly - Great values that they actually seem to abide by - $75/mo remote work stipend - $1200/year "flex" reimbursement for wellness, home office, travel, etc.

Cons

- Less structured than other companies... but I see this as a perk

Pros

Get to be a PM at a company that defined product-led growth. Working remotely gives you a lot of freedom. If you’re in the right org, product holds the pen.

Cons

Talent at Atlassian overall is mediocre. Working remotely means you have to be more intentional about getting scope, visibility, and mentorship. All (to my knowledge) of the people who ever led the APM program have left the company. You learn at your own discretion but, if you find the right people, it can be really transformative.
