      Pros

      They have been good to me. My manager was very good, I am contracted to a state organization to a good team. This is probably the best job I've ever had. I recommend them.

      Honestly, I have no complaints.

      Amazing people and team culture, everyone was incredibly supportive and great to work with Unlimited PTO offered strong flexibility and work-life balance Opportunity to collaborate across teams including partnerships, growth, capture, and leadership

      Cons

      No real cons, it’s a very fast-paced environment with multiple priorities moving at once, but I wouldn’t consider that a bad thing in today’s constantly evolving world.
