The job can be challenging. There is a lot coming at you at once. You have to be able to prioritize and multitask.

Decent salary for the area and for human services. Work from home. Job itself is quite simple, although overwhelming due to work load.

Job duties greatly increased within the past few years. Loss of autonomy due to switch from salaries rate to hourly rate. Increasing case loads. Not a lot of room for advancement.
