Onboarding a little disorganized, which I think is characteristic of small business

I had great teammates and the pay was decent.

No established processes. Crazy hours towards the end of period of performance. Unfortunately, half our team was laid off due to contracting. No severance, no warning, and no 1:1 conversation with leadership.
