Very innovative, fast paced, data centric work. People are at the center of all we do, and it really shows.

Cons

The only thing constant is change. It can be break neck pace at time, but this can also create a opportunities for people to get involved in a variety of work.

The product is strong and the company provides many resources to help employees perform well. There is a lot of enablement, internal documentation, training, and access to knowledgeable people across the organization. The role also offers exposure to strategic customer conversations and complex business problems.

Cons

The GTM strategy and licensing model change very frequently, which can make the role harder than it needs to be. It often requires explaining a new pricing structure, packaging approach, or value story to customers multiple times, sometimes before the previous message has fully landed.
