ALDI Operations Manager interview questions

The interview was scheduled for a Tuesday august 29th at 1030 a.m. interviewer never called, and 4 hours later reached out about how i scheduling an interview at a time that was not available but it was there calendar that i used to schedule that the time slot was open, and asked to reschedule at a later date Thursday august 31st at 2:30 p.m and never called and i reached out 40 minutes after the interview time to query about if the interview was still going forward and have not gotten a response as yet, very UN-professional, and did not respect my time and the interviewer has sabotaged my chances of landing this job which is very upsetting.

Lots of stages involved and competencies via forms and questionnaires and tests. Quite a stringent process and could have been split into multiple interview rounds to screen candidates rather than have them fill stuff all out.
