Aha! Visual Designer interview questions

So I have applied and interviewed for this company 3 times and all 3 times the interviews have gone great. I know why did I apply again after 2 times getting rejected, well let me answer by saying that the first two times I applied I had never worked with any SaaS applications but the 3rd time I did have experience working with SaaS applications. I don't have experience designing for SaaS applications but I'm pretty sure it's not a huge deal to learn the ropes in the "On-boarding" stage of the company. I am starting to believe that the company just doesn't want to hire anyone for this role. Yet, they continue to post the job every month.
