Interview
3 interview rounds followed by an offsite meeting to discuss the role. After rounds were completed a recruirter reached out to ask preliminary questions like why are you interested in joining and mainly trying to lowball the compensation that was discussed in the first round in an unprofessional manner.
Compensation packages are subpar compared to other companies in the bay area.

The interview was with the human resource manager and two hiring managers and all the conversations were in German language. Overall it was friendly and good conversation. Introduction to the company, what it does, how big is the team etc
