The interview process was online.
conducted using HIrePro. It takes around 60 to 90 minutes.
It was a non technical interview. You require a system with a webcam and a stable internet connection to attend the interview.
Also you are required to have a microphone.

Customer Interaction Demo type questions were present where you are required to talk or type to solve the issue raised by the customer.
