1 meet to understand the opportunity
1 meet to validate English speak and listen
1 technical case to validate technical skills
Thecnical case very plastered, you have to achive the minimum metric, or you will not be consider. Even you show a very qualified technical profile, doesnt metter.
Well, doing a case its different to work day, in a case we dont have to waste to much time trying to do a perfect model, just to show that you know what you are doing.
The recruiter reached out to me after seeing my Naukri profile and told me it will be a three round interview process. First two technical rounds and then a team fit/HR round. I went through the first two rounds with them. The first round was taken by the manager and was mostly focused on my resume, one basic problem-solving question, ML questions, one case study discussion. The next day I was informed that I've cleared the first round and the second round will happen with the senior manager. I was again expecting a technical round but it was different. The discussion lasted around 30 mins mostly around techno-behavioural questions like how did you make an impact in the project you did at your current company, how do you handle stakeholders, how do you work with teammates, Are you willing to work from office 5 days a week, etc. After the interview she told me the HR will reach out to me with the next steps. But after that days passed, and the HR didn't even give any feedback. After following up with her over several weeks she initially said the hiring for this position is on hold and once it restarts we will reach out to you with next steps. After some time I lost interest in the position and later declined appearing for any further discussions with them when the HR reached out again after a month.
