Interview
I signed up for a 15 minute phone screen with the recruiter. A few days before my interview, she emails me and says the spot has been filled up and she will interview me for another similar SWE role if I want, so I said okay. The phone screen just asks basic questions and she says she will give her notes to the Hiring Manager who will contact me in 1-1.5 weeks. The Hiring Manager never contacts me in 1-1.5 weeks. After 2 weeks, I get a generic update email that they do not want to continue to interview me.

Interview
I spoke with a couple of recruiters at the career fair on campus. Later, HR emailed me for an interview. They toured me through the building and I interviewed with multiple teams. Most of the questions were basic interviewing and they just walked through my resume. Overall, each team was friendly and no pressure was felt during the process. One complaint I have, however, was that the offer response took months.
