Interview
It was a three tiered interview in which you get interviewed by a coworker, your boss, and then your bosses boss. The coworker tells you about the job and then you do a mock call. The boss and bosses boss is more formal and they ask you a list of questions. Everyone is super nice but you do need to come across confident and capable. also they rely very heavily on metrics here. From the sounds of it they will be tracking everything you do and that matters.
It took 3 weeks to complete all interviews. HR's phone call interview, hiring manager's call, then on-site interview, to meet future co-works and managers of different teams. People are nice, not only asked questions of skill-set, on resume, but also gave intro of the responsibilities of the role and how they collaborate together, etc.

Interview
Two people interviewed me, asked pretty standard interview questions (i.e. tell me about yourself, hardest thing you encountered professionally, etc). After the formal interview, they took me to a work desk to show me a basic understanding of the day to day of this position. After going over it briefly, the conducted a mock call of what to expect as an analyst.
