Interview
Two company employees on the interview panel, both technical persons. Started with a few tech questions followed by coding exercises, in ascending level of difficulty. Better than automated interviews, we discussed approaches for solving and they probed into my breadth of knowledge.

Describe the most complex project you have worked on.
I didn't get far in the interview process, but wanted to note here that their recruiter was awesome. They really didn't miss a beat. I think the original recruiter had either left the company or was on vacation, and another recruiter emailed me the very next day after I pinged them! I've experienced instances where the application just gets lost when that happens, so just wanted to commend them for being very well organized!
I did end up getting another offer soon after the initial call, but they were very professional about it and transparent about salary requirements as well.
I don't know much about rest of the process, but I can say that working with recruiters who are on top of things makes the process a LOT less stressful. Well done!
