I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at DTCC in Aug 2018
Interview
Contacted by recruiter. HR interview and three rounds of team interviews. One interview includes hand writing an essay using IPAD, which is unexpected. It took a while for the HR person to convert my handwriting into her computer as a word file. Recruiter negotiated the offer and got sign on bonus.
Self recorded video interview of 3 questions with no human interaction. Felt a bit sterile and was difficult to prepare for given no context into the types of questions that would be asked.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DTCC (Tampa, FL) in Aug 2020
Interview
Two full interviews were scheduled and conducted before an official offer was presented; One was with the manager who I would be reporting directly to and the next interview was scheduled with their manager
Two interviews one technical over the phone with several technical guys and a team lead. Then a final one in person with a VP and MD that was more generic and not technical.
