EDB Database Administrator interview questions

First interview was telephonic.good interview after that HR called for face to face technical and mangarial round . technical round and manager round completed on same day.after 2 days HR called and done salary discussion and asked to submit docs.but no offer release till date.they told me approvals are pending and u can persue with another offer if you have.pathetic experience.if you don't want to hire employee don't waste there time
