Efficient, honest, and very comfortable. Everyone I interviewed with was kind and easy going, allowing for a naturally flowing conversation rather than a Q&A session. Furthermore, everyone was specific with their answers when asked about their impact. It was apparent to me that employees work is tangible and young people are given opportunities to take on relevant tasks. No jargon!!!
