Interview
I was contacted by a Hub talent recruiter about 2 weeks after my initial application. The conversation was easy and felt just like a conversation about what I could offer coming in to Hub. This phone call was followed by a Teams interview with my soon to be boss and another with a wider group of Hub management staff. The interviews lasted less than 40 min and were very comfortable.

Question 1
They asked me all the normal interview questions. One that I remember was how do you prioritize tasks, another was about something I am proud of from my career.
I originally applied for the Benefits Technology Specialist position and had a fantastic interview with that team. It felt conversational, and my anxieties melted away. Although they chose someone more experienced for that role, they enjoyed speaking with me and thought my experience aligned with the Services Department.
Throughout the interview process (3 total, all on Microsoft Teams), I enjoyed speaking with everyone. They asked about my experience and explained what they were looking for in the role.
Cheyne (Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner) was amazing as well! He helped set up the interviews, kept me updated, and offered me "good luck" and "congratulations" when I ultimately accepted the job at HUB.
