First was the application, then a call where you record your answers to questions. If they like your answers then you move to the video call with the hiring team, about 20 minutes or so. It was an easy process. The interviewer was very nice. I enjoyed the experience.
Easy virtual interview. Why lands end, how do prior roles help you in this role, etc. hired on spot. They don’t tell you role is only seasonal though until first day of training which was disappointing
