Mars Maintenance Planner & Scheduler interview questions

Very long & drawn out interview process. Over 3 months from application to interview stage. You can spend lots of time & effort preparing presentation etc. Have a successful interview & then receive no feedback whatsoever, even after chasing HR. As a big employer i would expect the process to be better. Remember it is a two way process, if the candidate puts the time & effort in, the least you could do is provide some feedback.
