Interview process was very good. Got a call from Marvell with in one week. Went through in person interviews with Sr Management and had a good discussion about various issues. Team was very good and had a good knowledge.

Had technical sessions with 5 senior level engineers/designers and 1 with HR person. The technical sessions were pretty technical with real problem encountered in SoC designs, flow and methodology. In the HR session was queried about people manager skills and how to handle specific inter personal communications.
