NXP Semiconductors Process Engineer interview questions

The interview questions were straightforward and manageable, but I felt quite nervous throughout the process, which affected my confidence. Overall, the experience was fair and the interviewers were professional and polite.

Three rounds, two with managers and one with just the hiring team. Pretty standard questions regarding semiconductor manufacturing and related to my experience since it was for a senior position. One of the managers tried to grill me asking for specific technical follow ups that I doubt even he could answer. He even asked me to recite the entire CMOS flow from memory, but I saw someone post on here they might ask that so fortunately I was prepared.
