Interview
There are 3 rounds of the interview.
2 are rounds are related to the technical based where the 1 st round is based on the resume that can your projects in details .another round is about the pratical questions and how the algo used in real world and 3 rd round is Hr round.
This was an interesting interview. None of the questions asked were linked to the JD of the role. Questions were designed to ‘catch you out’ by asking random questions with have no bearing on my experience, or what is on the CV… It seemed the interviewers with one being the hiring manager came into it with a pre-determined mindset of ‘let’s get this out of the way’. There was no genuine conversation to see if there is a ‘team fit’ or capabilities that I can offer on the role… more importantly there was no time given for questions at the end and just a last ‘you have one question to ask which needs to be a quick one as we’ve run out of time’ - Appalling effort from a team supposedly looking to attract talent into their team.

Question 1
What is the definition of a project plan and what steps do you follow to create one?
Very boring and run of the mill questions. The interview was over in an hour. It seemed like they had already made up their mind and decided in the first few minutes that they want someone else for whatever reasons. Very disappointed with the process
