How would you handle internal disruptions to internal processes

Interview
They follow the Amazon Loop process - 1) Interview with recruiter (30min) 2) Interview with hiring manager (1 hour) 3) 5 one hour interviews with members of the team, hiring manager (again) and a "bartender". This includes all interviewers focusing on Oracle's leadership principles and asking 4-6 "tell me about a time when" behavioral questions for each interview. You are encouraged to use the STAR method. It is a bit grueling and to prepare you should come with ~20 STAR stories in your back pocket. The "bartender" is essentially someone outside of the team to assess leveling and company fit.
All in all I had a great experience, everyone who interviewed me gave me nice feedback and I felt like it was a discussion vs an awkward interview environment.
If you do not get an offer for that team, it is possible you passed the Loop meaning you could be eligible to apply for roles from other teams.
Be prepared to have a lot of stories around thought leadership, cross-team collaboration, program management, etc.
