1. Go through resume to validate the past experience. 2. Talk about skills needed by the new job. 3. Discuss project scope, role and responsibilities and challenges and so on.
I had an in-person interview lasted about an hour in client's office. After the interview is over, I was asked to go to another manager's office to have one more interview in his office. The second interview also took about an hour.

Good, it was brief. It was not hard and not easy. It was a good introductory interview. The manager was asking all the regular questions. The process seems to be a few interviews.
