I had only one interview, situational and HR. They mainly focused on how my experience is relevant and how I cope with the structure of the work. The HR questions were quite typical.

Complex and long interview process: 1) video interview (hirevue); 2) online interview with HR and department manager; 3) study case (online or on site) focused on the area applied; 4) on site interview to meet the team and the company. In my case, it took me almost 3 months from application to results of the 3rd phase. It is an incredible company, but you have to be patient with their process.
