Rocket Inside Sales Representative interview questions

I applied online, received a call and email to set up phone interview. I replied to the e-mail and gave several open times and dates I can do the phone Interview. I heard nothing back, until few dates later I got an unscheduled call again, and once again I replied to the e-mail and called recruiter back with dates and times and asked for a response back to confirm. I heard nothing back after. The whole process was unprofessional. If I respond to your email and ask you if the times I provided are OK, the recruiter should reply back to confirm a time, or at least say that the times I provided are not good enough. Not a good impression of the company.
