Interview
For the interview process, they don't even give you correct information. They texted for reminder of 'interview' but emailed me for 'job career conferences.' If you get reached out with them, first step is attending the job career and make an appointment with managers for 1:1 interview individually. I made an appointment but for some reason, the manager didn't even show up on time. I just give up whatever.

Interview
Roughly 2-weeks after applying for this position, I received an email from HR to select a time and date for an interview. The link they sent me was dead. I replied to the email and heard back the next day that they knew the link was dead but sent it anyway. I was asked to select a time which I did through. The following day, I received confirmation that the time was indeed confirmed and that I would receive a link for the virtual interview. I never received the link. I tried to call several times up until the morning of the interview, however, it was impossible to reach anyone. I eventually called the customer services line and had to relay my inquiry to the tech on the customer services line who was speaking to HR in the Oakland office for me since they were not authorized to transfer material. AFter 45 mins, I was told there was nothing scheduled and that the job was now frozen for the next 6 weeks. All in all, it was frustrating since I dedicated a morning to the interview. On the other hand, I am glad this happened before working for such an unorganized company.
