Received initial call from a job recruiter while on terminal leave from the military. Had a phone interview with the field service manager, discussed basic skill requirements, salary, compensation and benefits. Flown to Chicago to interview with the Head of Field Service and his superior.

Required to take a written exam, where I was to complete calculations for travel expenses. The exam was given like a high school math word problem. Was tricky to complete because I was unfamiliar with these types of calculations at the time.
