      Read your offer letter carefully

      Pros

      They have positions with a couple of major players in Atlanta.

      Cons

      They don't pay you if the client doesn't sign off - even if you did work. They missed funding the 401k. Be very careful to read your offer letter, because salary and benefits are arbitrary

      Top-management is a meek spectator to doings of the middle-management Respect for employees is virtually non-existent - middle-management runs the show on whim Total lack of transparency Employees are seen as money minting outfits, treatment borders on the lines of exploitation Salary way below market standards HR/Payroll/Legal processes and employee contracts are shady/spurious
