Pros

Great place to be a high level executive, as you can make poor decisions and be promoted. Example Sign a long lease for new facility in Mexico where company makes no money or loose loads of money for BU to only be promoted and moved to Italy. Also note If your Italian I belive you have a job for life .

Cons

Had a team of all great people only to be told by HR I had to have low performers when performing plm reviews. it's just the way the plm system is. Very little work life balance it's nothing to work 60 plus hours per week .

Pros

There are some solid people that work there. Those people are on the plant floor.

Cons

Where do I start?? They have the wrong people in management positions. WCM is a joke there. They play on their phones all day and pass their work off on to others. They barely pass audits. Very too faced and unreliable. Very unprofessional and unethical. Good luck if you’re a woman working there as well. Instant target in your back.

Pros

Good starting salary and benefits

Cons

Rampant nepotism regardless of ability, sexual fraternization covered up (it's Italian), salaried workers never show up and constantly blame hourly workers when things go wrong; if you know your stuff they'll dump a poor performer's work on you; HR is useless; don't expect to see a raise; Managers love the title and pay but have no management skills; "coffee clubs" constantly waste time; OSHA would have a field day in the shop; Wage & Hour could send a team to investigate all the federal law violations; don't offer an opinion - it's not welcomed; Euro sweat shop of long hours and no appreciation for employee family life. Employee reviews are a sham, never conducted within the required time-frame and are used as a punishment tool.
