Pros

The job is easy because it's helping other support tiers with more complex cases so you're not taking live escalations directly from customers or dashers.

Cons

Disorganized, some issues have no clear resolution path & different departments are not aligned on SLA's creating delays in resolving customer / dasher issues. Leadership throws you into pilots without setting clear expectations on what pilot goals are & how long it will last, providing little to no transparency.
