      Flight benefits, fulfilling work, good healthcare, good culture within my department (can't speak for others). Good work/life balance, rarely work over 45 hours/week.

      Cons

      Overall leadership seems to lack direction and changes often. No paternity leave.

      People, 401k match, flight benefits

      Cons

      Low Pay for Tech, flight benefits for standby are now harder to use. Lots of offshoring. Company does not seem to know where to go. Lowest of the totem pole for airlines.
