Pros

Very good senior management, especially the new CFO who is as nice a person as she is business smart, Great collaboration between teams, and communication from the c-suite as to the state of the organization. Employees across the organization who respect each other. Finally, the core benefits (health, vision, 401k, ESPP) are good.

Cons

The PTO accrual policy grade is C- (although W/LB is good, at least in my role) and the pay is C- to C.

The most discriminating, racist Regulatory Affairs Management

Cons

The most discriminating and toxic Regulatory Management I have ever seen in my life. Seriously how can a company tolerate such toxicity. They promote based on favoritism, or people who literally bow down to them. If you are highly unintelligent , but are willing to stomp people, Management will promote you.
