Overworked staff to the point that taking a full-hour lunch is frowned upon. Some employees take work home and don't clock in. Levels of stress are too high - unhealthy. Few had emotional breakdowns as deadlines cannot be met. Salaries are very low for newer employees. Staff with 8+ years or former Warnaco employees have decent salaries. If you ask for a raise, managers, and even HR, tell you "CK pays better than RL. You should be happy you have a job."
