Not a company for women - Operations Management Canon Employee Review

Women are second class citizens at Canon. The glass ceiling is really thick. Look at their executive management and board - no women. They also try to lure you into the women’s group initiative - where you do a lot of work to change a culture, get no corporate recognition and assist in making women believe that they are treated equally. It’s a crock.
