      Pros

      Most employees really want to do a good job. Free lunches 2-3 times per month and free beer on Fridays. Centralized Cleveland location. Verbal acknowledgement from Management when doing a good job. Annual Bonuses

      Cons

      The technology is old and executive management doesn't understand the need to upgrade it. The infrastructure is 20+ years old. There is no work/life balance as the IT department is severely understaffed. Everyone in IT works 50-60 hours per week. A lot of turnover is happening in the Support Center due to favoritism and the lack of strong leadership.

      Develops from within, great culture, supportive team, always learning more, flexible

      Cons

      Dependence on others when it comes to employees and training being completed on time and correctly, the benefits aren't ideal.

      It’s a job.. For the most part they work with your schedule.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay. Expect the world and then some. No team feeling, no appreciation. Your time, energy and value feels very transactional.
