      Pros

      Lots of opportunities for growth Family owned and family involved - you feel like you are part of a family Good relationship with my manager

      Cons

      We launder linens for hospitals and doctors' offices so the work is demanding but rewarding. It gets hot in the summer time but we have spot cooling. We are a growing company so there are some growing pains but it's all for the best!

      The drivers an other employees. I met some good people.

      Safety an Management. They didn't care about safety. Couldn't get anything fixed an if you asked a Higher up, then you were called a lier an was asked: Why dosnt anyone tell me anything? They always go above my head. I never got my boot allowance. I had to buy everything l needed. Pens, lights, gloves. No paper towels in the restroom for days. No rags in the bag to clean windshields/ an no washer fluid. I had no mirror heat most of the winter. Service cable melted on my truck. They just keep saying write it up again. An yet someone would mark it as ok an drive it anyway. Bringing up safety issues=being cut from 6 days a week to 4 days a week.
