I am sorry your experience with HandCraft did not meet your expectations. As a Route Representative/Box Truck driver you are responsible for your dedicated route. When open positions are posted they do include the schedule which notes the days and hours. Unless you accepted a Lead or Fill In position schedules do not alternate. Over the years we have built a wonderful team. We value each team member and appreciate how your role impacts our customers. Fostering a culture of collaboration, integrity, initiative and good old fashioned hard work, we hire people who are passionate about doing the right thing. Our HR department has an open door policy and we encourage all employees to give us a call with any questions, concerns or issues. We provide all employees with monthly training including safety, harassment and bullying, which encourages all employees to report any concerns, issues or abuse.

Pros

The drivers an other employees. I met some good people.

Cons

Safety an Management. They didn't care about safety. Couldn't get anything fixed an if you asked a Higher up, then you were called a lier an was asked: Why dosnt anyone tell me anything? They always go above my head. I never got my boot allowance. I had to buy everything l needed. Pens, lights, gloves. No paper towels in the restroom for days. No rags in the bag to clean windshields/ an no washer fluid. I had no mirror heat most of the winter. Service cable melted on my truck. They just keep saying write it up again. An yet someone would mark it as ok an drive it anyway. Bringing up safety issues=being cut from 6 days a week to 4 days a week.
