I am sorry your experience with HandCraft did not meet your expectations. As a Route Representative/Box Truck driver you are responsible for your dedicated route. When open positions are posted they do include the schedule which notes the days and hours. Unless you accepted a Lead or Fill In position schedules do not alternate.
