Pros
Excellent benefits & 401k matching, reasonable work-life balance, pay is to be expected for the industry and position. Company success is fairly given to Terry Tucker & the CFO. At least 10-15 of the employees have worked there for 30+ years and most in the office average 7+ years, so it can't be that bad. The office gets a lot of free food
Cons
High employee turnover in the plant probably because plant employees dont feel valued. The family gives to the community if it makes them look good but could stand to give back to their own blue collar employees a little more. HR has no clue how to help the turnover problem and judging by their actions doesn't seem to care to. Career opportunities go to those who kiss enough butt, work their own off and talk enough crap about others. Typical good ole boy network. Sales is driven by instinct and tenure not facts or figures. Bottom line: if you want reasonable pay, your opinion ignored and a longstanding stagnant career, look no further.
