Office culture is phenomenal. My manager is actively dedicated in seeing me succeed and move further up in the company.

It's a big company, so it is easy to feel like you don't matter if you let yourself get into that headspace.

There are a handful of people here who are fantastic to work with, are very knowledgeable, and care about the product that's going out the door.

Leadership is fundamentally out of touch and appears indifferent to employee well-being. The culture is marred by nepotism and a lack of accountability, where 'guiding values' are preached but never practiced. Feedback is discouraged, and those who speak up are often targeted. Expect a 'reward' of more work for the same pay, as promotions are rare and promised bonuses are frequently withheld despite strong site performance. A very frustrating and toxic environment for those who value merit and transparency.
